1. Service Description

Tenachine provides an AI-powered platform that allows you to:

• Describe trading strategies in plain English
• Generate backtesting code using artificial intelligence
• Test strategies against historical market data
• View performance metrics and charts

Tenachine is a tool for educational and research purposes. It is not a trading platform, broker, or financial advisor.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tenachine. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• You will provide accurate and complete information

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Free Plan

• 5 backtests per account lifetime
• Access to 50+ stocks
• Basic performance metrics
• No credit card required

3.2 Pro Plan ($9.99/month)

• Unlimited backtests
• Advanced metrics and analysis
• Multi-stock testing
• Priority support
• Lifetime price lock: Your rate stays at $9.99/month as long as you remain subscribed

3.3 Payment & Billing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly
• You can cancel anytime
• Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months

3.4 Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• No cancellation fees
• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• After cancellation, your account reverts to Free plan limits

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Abuse or overload our systems (e.g., automated bots)
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Scrape or collect data systematically
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of your strategy descriptions
• You grant us a license to use your strategies to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your trading ideas

5.2 Generated Code

• AI-generated backtesting code is provided for your use
• The underlying platform, AI models, and infrastructure remain our property

5.3 Tenachine Platform

• All rights to Tenachine's platform, branding, and technology are reserved
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code or content

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

6.1 Service "As Is"

Tenachine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of backtesting results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the service will meet your requirements
• That AI-generated code will be bug-free

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tenachine is not liable for any trading losses
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months
• We are not responsible for market data inaccuracies

6.3 Market Data Disclaimer

• Historical market data is provided by third-party sources
• We do not guarantee data accuracy or completeness
• Data may have delays or errors
• Use data at your own risk

7. AI-Generated Content

Tenachine uses artificial intelligence to generate backtesting code:

• AI-generated code may contain errors or bugs
• You should review and understand the code before using it
• We are not responsible for issues arising from AI-generated content
• The code is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness
• You are responsible for verifying the code meets your requirements

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of Tenachine is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to:

• Collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy
• Processing of strategy descriptions by AI
• Storage of backtesting results

9. Termination

9.1 By You

• You can cancel your subscription anytime
• You can delete your account from account settings

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You abuse the service
• Your payment fails (for Pro users)
• Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use Tenachine immediately ceases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be:

• Posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Communicated via email for material changes
• Effective immediately upon posting

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tenachine harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
